Like everyone else, you must go to the check-in to collect your tickets and put your luggage in the hold. When we have a disability and need assistance, the airlines invite us to present ourselves at least 1.5 hours in advance. It is therefore better to try to check in your luggage as soon as the check-in desks open.

 

We will label your wheelchair even if it is left at your disposal until the door of the plane. For wheelchairs or other devices with battery they will be taken care of immediately and we will lend you a manual wheelchair to move you around the airport. Assistance at the airport then begins.
